Volume restoration in Pasadena, MD
Alloclae fat transfer.
A donor-tissue fat transfer treatment that restores natural-looking volume without harvesting fat from your own body. An option for patients who want subtle enhancement or dream of a BBL but do not have enough fat to transfer.
Every treatment begins with a consultation and good-faith exam to confirm you are a candidate, review the benefits and risks, and design a plan that fits your goals.
How it works
Donor tissue, your result.
Alloclae uses processed allograft adipose tissue from screened human donors. The tissue is prepared for injection and placed by one of our trained nurses to restore volume where you need it. Because there is no liposuction, the procedure is shorter and the recovery is typically easier than a traditional fat transfer.
We focus on conservative, natural-looking outcomes. The goal is not to transform you, but to refill what time, genetics or weight changes have taken away.
Why patients choose it
No donor fat, no problem.
- •Ideal for patients with low body fat who are not candidates for traditional fat transfer.
- •Minimally invasive, with no liposuction or general anesthesia required.
- •Minimal downtime. You can still sleep and sit within reason, and most people return to light activities within a day or two.
- •Used for body contouring such as hips or buttocks, including as a non-surgical BBL alternative.
- •Results can look natural or enhanced, depending on your goals and what can be done safely.

Questions
Alloclae FAQ.
What is Alloclae?
Alloclae is an aesthetic treatment that uses donated human adipose tissue to restore volume in the face or body. Because it comes from screened donor tissue, it can be an option for patients who want the look of fat transfer but do not have enough of their own fat to harvest.
How is Alloclae different from a traditional fat transfer?
A traditional fat transfer removes fat from one area of your body and reinjects it into another. Alloclae uses processed allograft adipose tissue from a donor, so there is no liposuction step and no need for adequate donor fat. It is a shorter, less invasive option for the right candidate.
Who is a good candidate?
Good candidates are healthy adults who want subtle volume enhancement and either lack enough body fat for traditional transfer or prefer to avoid liposuction. A consultation and good-faith exam are required to confirm candidacy and discuss whether Alloclae or another treatment is the better fit.
How long does Alloclae last?
Results vary by individual, treatment area and metabolism. Many patients enjoy results that last for years. Because the tissue integrates with your own, some degree of retention is expected, though touch-ups may be needed to maintain your desired look.
What are the risks and side effects?
As with any injectable or volume-restoring treatment, risks include bruising, swelling, tenderness, redness, lumpiness, asymmetry, infection and, rarely, more serious complications. We review your full medical history, discuss all risks and only proceed when you are an appropriate candidate. All treatments are performed under medical supervision.
Is there downtime?
Most patients experience mild swelling and bruising for several days up to two weeks, depending on the area treated. It is not like a surgical recovery. You can still sleep and sit within reason; we will give you simple positioning tips to protect the treated area. Most people return to light activities within a day or two and normal routines shortly after.
Can Alloclae be used for a BBL?
It can be an option for patients who want buttock or hip enhancement but do not have enough fat for a traditional Brazilian butt lift. Results can be as natural or as extra as safely done, and candidacy must be confirmed in person.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the treatment area and the amount of product needed. We provide a personalized quote at your consultation. Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit for qualified patients.
